xx444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other criminal conduct.
• Duplicate account detection.

• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. An administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be applied to dormant account balances after the 12-month dormancy period, subject to applicable law. xx444 will make reasonable efforts to notify players before dormancy fees are applied.
